  2. Use of Services. Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our Services. You may not interfere with or disrupt our website or Services or servers or networks connected to our website or Services.

  3. Donations. Your support is crucial to our mission of advocating for transformative healthcare reform. These Terms and Conditions govern the contributions made to RATH PAC through our website or any other donation platform we use.

    3.1 Eligibility

    To make a donation to RATH PAC, you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years old.

    • You are a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

    • Your donation is made with your own funds, and not those provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this donation.

    3.2 Donation Use

    RATH PAC will use donations at its discretion but within its stated organizational objectives. While we strive to honor the donor's preferences for their donations' use, these preferences shall be treated as non-binding recommendations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    3.3 Tax Deductibility

    RATH PAC is a political action committee, and contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions.

    3.4 Refunds

    All donations are final and cannot be refunded unless in accordance with Governing Law.

    3.5 Recurring Donations

    If you opt for a recurring donation, you authorize RATH PAC to charge the donation amount specified to your payment method on a regular basis. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us directly.

    3.6 Privacy

    We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for processing your donation.

    3.7 Acknowledgment

    RATH PAC will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received as a gift or contribution. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by RATH PAC.

  4. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall RATH PAC or its affiliates or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or digital products.

  5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

  6. Changes to Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

  7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RATH PAC regarding your use of our Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and RATH PAC.
